How long can I receive my skateboard after purchase?
After the payment is successful, we will ship the goods within 1-2 bussiness days, and provide three shipping methods: Standard shipping, Fast shipping, and Air shipping. The products will be received within 5-35 bussiness days according to the shipping method you choosed. However, during busy logistics or holidays, processing time may increase.

Do I need to pay tax?
No tax will be charged for US and EU customers if your order is a completed board.(Tax will be charged for customers in NZ/Norway/Switzerland/South Korea).If you buy spare parts and ship to EU/NZ/AU/CA, you will need to pay tax.
For Canada customers:
1)No tax will be charged if your order is shipped from China factory.
2)You may need to pay VAT if your order is shipped from the US, it depends on if the customs will check the package.
When will I get a tracking number?
Successfully paid orders will be shipped within 1-2 days. After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 days.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
The tracking number will update when your parcel arrives in your country and passes through customs. If the tracking information is not updated within a few days, please don’t be surprised, your board is on the way.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping fees vary according to the destination, shipping method, and warehouse you selected. You can view the shipping fees on checkout page. Generally, we charge a $15-25 fee for standard shipping method.
When purchasing an electric skateboard, additional shipping costs are required in the following cases:1. When standard shipping, rail transportation, and local warehouse express delivery cannot be reached, it will be delivered by air transportation, and additional air postage will be required according to the buyer’s geographic location.

2. If the courier company tells us that your shipping address is in a remote area, an additional fee will be charged. The fee varies according to the address.

I ordered an electric skateboard for my grandson. Two days after I learned that my son had gotten him the same thing for Christmas. I immediately wrote to cancel my order,as there was no number to call. 24 hours later they replied and said they would check and cancel the order. The next day I got an email saying it had shipped. I have not opened the box and now am stuck with a skateboard I do not want.

Purchased my V4 -Pro Sep 20 2023 for my E.Boca Raton home Freaking love it as do ALL my toys. Did a top speed short video (attached below). I’m 5’9”” 170lbs and this short longboard does just fine. 800 watt dual motor is 2 thumbs up here 👍👍

1 week in. No complaints really. Battery needs to be upgraded some how though. 6 miles ain’t cutting it. 170lb rider but still. Speed : is an honest 21mph flat surface no wind. Could’ve squeeze 22 mph out of it though I feel.

Coming from a no name Caroma 900 watt dual motor longboard purchased at Walmart/Online This NEW POSSWAY V4 PRO 800 watt dual motor is just fine for me. Don’t even notice the 100 watt less power.. really don’t I’m bout 170lbs 5’9” Adult. One minor con I’m thinking is the battery is NOT all that great as far as staying where it needs to be on long trips. I had to guess she might get six or 7 miles out of it you know at 15 mph or less I haven’t tested TopSpeed yet I’m venture to say right around 18 to 20 mph if I had to guess all right good luck to you.
