No tax will be charged for US and EU customers if your order is a completed board.(Tax will be charged for customers in NZ/Norway/Switzerland/South Korea).If you buy spare parts and ship to EU/NZ/AU/CA, you will need to pay tax.

1)No tax will be charged if your order is shipped from China factory.
2)You may need to pay VAT if your order is shipped from the US, it depends on if the customs will check the package.
When will I get a tracking number?
Successfully paid orders will be shipped within 1-2 days. After the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email within 1-2 days.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
The tracking number will update when your parcel arrives in your country and passes through customs. If the tracking information is not updated within a few days, please donāt be surprised, your board is on the way.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping fees vary according to the destination, shipping method, and warehouse you selected. You can view the shipping fees on checkout page. Generally, weĀ charge a $15-25Ā fee for standard shipping method.
When purchasing an electric skateboard, additional shipping costs are required in the following cases:1. When standard shipping, rail transportation, and local warehouse express delivery cannot be reached, it will be delivered by air transportation, and additional air postage will be required according to the buyerās geographic location.
